The road to conscious awareness which leads to personal growth, which leads to self-realisation and soul evolution can be messy, raw and might seem chaotic at times. Definitely not all linear and definitely not rainbows and unicorns. I understand.

I’ve been through several dark nights of the soul in my own journey and I know how deeply alone and rudderless some moments can feel. And how exhilarating and delicious breakthroughs are!

No matter how hard it gets, when you are walking your true path, you step into your own power and along the way, you reveal a genius wisdom which is already in your core. Helping evolve human consciousness is a bonus perk!

I can facilitate conscious growth for those starting to explore and I can hold exploratory space for those who want to be witnessed in their ongoing “becoming”.

We will be close to Nature, replenish our souls and calm our spirits.

Please bring appropriate clothing and walking boots, and let’s choose a place where it’s convenient for you to walk, according to your ability. I have flat walks around my neighbourhood around Manchester-Bolton Canal, River Irwell and the surrounding forest in Outwood Country Park or Burrs Country Park in Bury. I will not charge you for my travelling time, but if you’d like to pay for my gas mileage/return, I could come closer to you wherever you are within 30miles of my healing room in Radcliffe.

Sacred Drumming Guided Journey

Drumming and guided journeying helps the brain access different states of consciousness, where deep universal wisdom is held, with the purpose of expanding your soul, retrieve lost power, purify energy and access wisdom messages from spirit animals, ancestors and wise spirit guides.

I hold deep knowledge of esoteric practices and am mindful of cultural appropriation, so with respect, I am stating that I’m not a shamanic practitioner nor do I identify as a neoshaman. I am however deeply intuitive and have journeyed spontaneously in different realms or in guided meditative practices, with and without drumming.

I’m drawing inspiration from universal sources accessible to all as human beings, Mother Nature, my own Romanian culture of being close to trees, plants and animal spirits. I am sharing my own vision of what is possible to access and encounter when we journey inwards. When I guide others in such journeys, I do so from an energy of love, deep reverence towards Earth and our own human soul.

Safe energy space for creative seekers to explore and expand

I got this strange idea that kept nudging me. So what people might think I’m weird? I love my quirky ways of looking at things….. and maybe so will you! So here it goes: my healing room is a peaceful, safe, welcoming space. I want to offer you this space, where you can chose to process any personal event that requires witnessing, space to connect with another human being, cry, yell, laugh, dance, talk or sit silently with birds singing hearing your own breath, feeling alive.

It can be that we’re doing energy work, or grief releasing, putting on some music and jumping around silly or time to take an uninterrupted day nap (honestly, busy tired mums or overachieving busy-bodies that are afraid they’ll burn out if they don’t lie down, might absolutely rave at this idea!!) It could be we decide to share some food and talk about what’s bothering you right now. Whatever you decide you need this space for, I promise you it will be healing!

I don’t know about you, but I’ve had moments where I wanted to get away from my house, from my dogs, my son (even if I love them all to bits!!), any reminders of daily responsibilities, and just be somewhere where I can spend a while collecting my thoughts, or talking to someone without worrying about therapeutic labels, committing to a course of action or a plan or a program. I wanted someone to offer me space and time to process in my own way, whilst knowing I am safe and welcomed. If we go to a library to read in peace, why can’t we go to a space where we can be witnessed and helped to process something by a human we know we can trust?

I can offer you just that. Call it what you wish! But there will be herbal tea and colourful gelly pens to journal, a rubbish bin to throw in what doesn’t serve you anymore and hugs if you need them! *Yes I have sparkly pens too!
